Get Involved: September is World Alzheimer's Month.

There are many ways to get involved this September.  You can organize your own fundraising event, or participate in an event being hosted near you.  Walk to End Alzheimer's is a popular event that takes place nationwide and raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.  Another way to get involved is to post on social media platforms and encourage friends and family to learn about the disease.  As always, you can also donate to legitimate Alzheimer's associations or research initiatives to show your support.
