Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Start making your Thanksgiving cheesecake by preheating the oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the sugar with the cream cheese and the vanilla. Mix together until the cheese and sugar is smooth and fluffy. Next, it's time to add in the eggs. Add each one individually and slowly mix it into the cheese batter. Take 1 cup of the batter and spread it across the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Add the spices and the pumpkin to the rest of the batter, and thoroughly mix. Then transfer the batter into the pie tin with the graham cracker crust.
Put the cheesecake into the oven, and bake for at least 35-40 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool and then keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Add whipped cream for garnish, and enjoy with friends and family.
